A waterproof insulating layer is arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the electric cabinet body, electrical components are arranged in the electric cabinet body, and a heat dissipation cavity is formed in the upper end of the electric cabinet body in a separated mode through a partition plate. A central control panel controls a storage battery to supply power to an electric heating wire, so that a cover body is heated, the cover body is helped to melt accumulated snow at the upper end, after the accumulated snow is melted, the solar photovoltaic panelcan collect photo-thermal energy and convert the photo-thermal energy into electric energy to charge the storage battery, and electric power resources are saved; and in addition, the electric cabinetbody is prevented from being damaged due to compression caused by excessive accumulated snow in winter, and the electric cabinet body is further protected.
