Medical waste disposal device and method
The invention relates to a medical waste disposal device and method. The disposal device comprises a steam sterilizer, a vacuum pump, a steam source, a cooling source, a sewage treatment system and afilter, wherein the steam sterilizer is provided with a sealed chamber in which medical waste to be treated is accommodated and a cooling sandwich wall; the vacuum pump is communicated with the sealedchamber; the steam source is communicated with the sealed chamber and is used for injecting steam of which the temperature is 180-250 DEG C and the pressure is 1.5-3 MPa into the sealed chamber; thecooling source is communicated with the cooling sandwich wall and is used for injecting cooling liquid into the cooling sandwich wall in order to cool the steam in the sealed chamber to form condensate; the sewage treatment system is communicated with the sealed chamber and is used for receiving the condensate discharged from the sealed chamber; and the filter is communicated with the vacuum pumpand is used for receiving the gas extracted by the vacuum pump from the sealed chamber. According to the device and the method, the medical waste can be subjected to harmless treatment and resource utilization.
本发明涉及一种医疗垃圾的处置装置及处置方法。该处置装置包括:蒸气灭菌器,其具有密封腔室和冷却夹壁,该密封腔室内容纳有待处理的医疗垃圾;真空泵,与该密封腔室连通;蒸气源,与该密封腔室连通并向该密封腔室内注入温度为180~250℃压力为1.5~3MPa的蒸气;冷却源,与该冷却夹壁连通并向该冷却夹壁内注入冷却液以将该密封腔室内的蒸气冷却形成冷凝液;污水处理系统,与该密封腔室连通并接收由该密封腔室排出的冷凝液;以及过滤器,与该真空泵连通并接收由该真空泵抽取的该密封腔室内的气体。本发明可将医疗垃圾进行无害化处理并进行资源化利用。
