Method for preparing high-strength light gypsum block by using phosphogypsum
The invention relates to the field of solid waste recycling and the technical field of building material production, in particular to a method for preparing a high-strength light gypsum block by usingphosphogypsum. The method mainly comprises the following steps: drying and dehydrating phosphogypsum to obtain hemihydrate phosphogypsum; adding a certain amount of water into the hemihydrate phosphogypsum, well stirring the material, and then pressing the stirred material into gypsum panels; preparing foamed hemihydrate phosphogypsum slurry; oppositely erecting the two gypsum panels at an interval, and fully pouring foamed hemihydrate phosphogypsum slurry between the two gypsum panels; and after the foamed hemihydrate phosphogypsum slurry is solidified, drying is conducted naturally to obtain the high-strength light gypsum block with a compact gypsum layer as a surface layer and a loose gypsum layer as a middle layer. According to the preparation method, mold forming is not needed, moldunloading operation does not need to be carried out after the gypsum slurry is solidified and develops strength, and the production continuity is improved. Prepared gypsum blocks are compact in surface layer structure, high in mechanical strength and small in overall density and belong to high-strength light wall materials.
本发明涉及固体废弃物资源化领域和建筑材料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用磷石膏制备高强轻质石膏砌块的方法,该方法主要包括以下步骤:将磷石膏干燥脱水,得到半水磷石膏;向半水磷石膏中掺加一定量的水,搅拌均匀后,将搅拌物压制成石膏面板;制备发泡半水磷石膏浆;将两块石膏面板相对间隔竖立,在两块石膏面板之间浇注满发泡半水磷石膏浆;待发泡半水磷石膏浆凝固后,再经自然干燥,即得到表层是致密石膏层、中间是疏松石膏层的高强轻质石膏砌块。本发明所述制备方法不需要使用模具成型,不需要等待石膏浆体凝固并产生强度后再进行卸模操作,生产连续性得到提高,且所制得的石膏砌块表层结构致密、机械强度高,而整体密度小,属于高强轻质墙体材料。
