The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a concrete admixture. The preparation method comprises the steps of: 1, raw material cutting: removing zippers, buttons and elastic bands from waste clothing materials, and cutting the clothing materials into sheets; 2, cleaning and drying: cleaning the sheet-shaped cloth with water, conducting draining, and drying the cloth with a dryer; and 3, cutting and crushing: cutting the dried cloth into strip-shaped cloth, and then crushing the strip-shaped cloth into fiber sections, wherein the process of cleaning the sheet-shaped cloth with water in the step 2 is completed by adopting a concrete admixture preparation device in a matching manner. When the sheet-shaped cloth is cleaned, the sheet-shaped cloth can be fully rubbed with water; and cloth is prevented from being wound together, it is guaranteed that stains on the surface of the cloth can be sufficiently washed through waterflow, and therefore the performance of the fiber admixture is guaranteed.
