Preparation method of dephosphorization and denitrification type biological filter material and application of dephosphorization and denitrification type biological filter material to integrated treatment equipment for rural domestic sewage
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a preparation method of a dephosphorization and denitrification type biological filter material and application of the dephosphorization and denitrification type biological filter material to integrated treatment equipment for rural domestic sewage. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing and sievingautoclaved aerated concrete block leftovers; (2) crushing and sieving sulfur-containing iron ore and other raw materials; (3) mixing the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of cement,40-50% of a crushed autoclaved aerated concrete material, 10-15% of fly ash, 10-16% of sulfur-containing iron ore powder, 5-10% of lime, 3-5% of gypsum powder, 5-8% of heavy calcium carbonate powderand 0.1-0.15% of a pore forming agent; (4) preparing raw material balls by using a granulator; and (5) conducting autoclaved curing. The biological filter material is used in the integrated treatmentequipment for rural domestic sewage, especially in an anaerobic filter. According to the method, the autoclaved aerated concrete leftovers are recycled and made into the dephosphorization and denitrification type biological filter material, so the dephosphorization and denitrification effect of the integrated treatment equipment for rural domestic sewage is enhanced.
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域，具体涉及一种除磷脱氮型生物滤料制备方法及在一体化农村生活污水处理设备上的应用。包括以下步骤：（1）将蒸压加气混凝土砌块下脚料粉碎过筛；（2）含硫铁矿石及其他原料破碎过筛；（3）按重量比取以下组分混合：水泥15～25%，蒸压加气混凝土粉碎料40～50%，粉煤灰10～15%，含硫铁矿粉10～16%，石灰5～10%，石膏粉3～5%，重钙粉5～8%，造孔剂0.1～0.15%；（4）利用造粒机制备成生料球；（5）蒸压养护；用在农村生活污水一体化处理设备中，尤其是厌氧滤池中。该方法对蒸压加气混凝土下脚料回收利用，并制成脱氮除磷型生物滤料，增强了农村生活污水一体化处理设备的脱氮除磷效果。
