The invention discloses a road leveling mechanical device, which comprises a mechanical device main body, a sweeping mechanism, rolling barrels, a scraping plate mechanism and idler wheels, wherein the left ends and the right ends of the rolling barrels are rotationally connected to the bottom of the mechanical device main body, and the number of the rolling barrels is two. According to the road leveling mechanical device, the sweeping mechanism is additionally arranged, the direction adjusting handle of the sweeping mechanism transmits force through a connecting column and a connecting frameto control a sweeping head to rotate, then the purpose of sweeping impurities on the road surface is achieved, the rolling barrels are prevented from pricking and pressing other impurities on the roadsurface to sink into the surface layer of the road surface, and the road surface quality is guaranteed; and secondly, a push handle is manually pushed, and road leveling is manually completed under the combined action of rolling of the rolling barrels and scraping of the scraping plate in the scraping plate mechanism. The device is simple in structure, low in single-time use cost and extremely suitable for leveling of narrow and short road surfaces.
