The invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular to an environment-friendly dust removal device which comprises a rack, a vertically-downward motor is installed at the upper end of the rack, an output shaft is installed at the lower end of the motor, at least two sets of stirring blades are installed on the lower portion of the output shaft, and a first bevel gear is installed on the upper portion of the output shaft. The left side of the first bevel gear is engaged with a second bevel gear; the right side of the first bevel gear is engaged with a third bevel gear;a first transmission shaft is installed on one side of the third bevel gear, a non-full-tooth gear is installed at the other end of the first transmission shaft, a hollow inner gear frame is meshed with the outer side of the non-full-tooth gear, and a first rod body is installed at the lower end of the hollow inner gear frame; through the arrangement of a stirring rod, the first transmission shaft, the non-full-tooth gear, the hollow inner tooth frame, a first rod body, a first piston plate and a water spraying device, the device wets a road to be traveled by the device while sucking dust, and dust flying caused after the device passes by is avoided; meanwhile, clothes of people are prevented from being wetted by water drops containing dust due to traditional water spraying dust removal.
