Trash clearing device for trash rack of pumped storage hydropower station
The invention relates to the field of trash clearing and cleaning equipment for reservoirs of hydropower stations, in particular to a trash clearing device for a trash rack of a pumped storage hydropower station. The trash clearing device comprises a fixing frame arranged on one side of a water inlet of a trash rack body, a lifting adjusting mechanism located at the top end of the fixing frame, and a trash clearing mechanism slidably connected with the inner side of the fixing frame, wherein the fixing frame is of an inverted-U-shaped structure, the lifting adjusting mechanism comprises a double-shaft motor, a long shaft connected with shaft parts at the two ends of the double-shaft motor, winding wheels arranged at the end parts of the long shafts in a sleeving manner, and ropes wound onthe winding wheels, the trash clearing mechanism comprises a movable plate, a cutting mechanism slidably connected with one side of the movable plate, a driving mechanism located in an inner cavity ofthe movable plate and used for transverse movement of the cutting mechanism, and a collecting box located at the bottom of the movable plate, and the driving mechanism comprises a motor, a screw rodconnected with the shaft part of the motor, and a movable block in threaded connection with the screw rod. According to the trash clearing device, the structure is reasonable, operation is convenient,and the labor force is saved, so that the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及水电站蓄水池清污清理设备领域,具体是抽水蓄能水电站拦污栅污物清理装置。它包括设置于拦污栅本体进水口一侧的固定架,位于固定架顶端的升降调节机构,以及与固定架内侧滑动连接的清污机构。所述固定架为倒“U”型结构。所述升降调节机构包括双轴电机,与双轴电机两端轴部连接的长轴,套设于长轴端部的收卷轮,以及缠绕于收卷轮上的绳索。所述清污机构包括活动板,与活动板一侧滑动连接有切割机构,位于活动板内腔用于切割机构横向移动的驱动机构,以及位于活动板底部的收集箱。所述驱动机构包括电机,与电机轴部连接的丝杆,以及与丝杆螺纹连接的活动块。结构合理,便于操作,节省了劳动力,从而大大节省了工人的劳动强度。
