The structure comprises miniature steel pipe piles arranged in double rows, wherein pile top crown beams are arranged at the tops of the miniature steel pipe piles, and the pile top crown beams connect the double rows of piles to enable the double rows of piles to be integrally and synergistically stressed; prefabricated concrete baffles are arranged between the miniature steel pipe piles, meanwhile, PVC drainage pipes are arranged between the miniature steel pipe piles to drain out crack water of the dangerous rock mass, and gaps between the miniature steel pipe piles and thedangerous rock mass are backfilled with concrete, so that the dangerous rock mass at the lower portion makes full contact with the ground; and the dangerous rock mass at the upper portion is supported by matching lattice beams with pre-stressed anchor cables, covering soil is arranged in gaps between the lattice beams for backfilling, and grass seeds are planted in the covering soil for greeningdesign.
