The multifunctional waterlogging-preventing water storage facility comprises a rainwater collector, an underground large water storage device and an underground drainage system; the rainwater collector is arranged under the ground, the upper end of the rainwater collector is slightly lower than the ground, anda filtering device is arranged at the upper end of the rainwater collector; the underground large water storage device is a large underground water storage space; the lower end of the rainwater collector is connected with the underground large water storage device; and one end of the underground drainage system is connected with the underground large water storage device, the other end of the underground drainage system is in communication with a municipal sewer or a natural river, and stored water or overflowing water of an underground water storage system can be drained. By adopting a modeof combining drainage, water storage and water pumping, the urban water resource stock can be dynamically adjusted, positive effects on preventing urban inland inundation, coping with drought, greening irrigation, emergency water and the like are achieved, the disaster loss is reduced, and the water resource utilization rate is increased.
