The invention relates to a municipal engineering water drainage pipeline opening device which comprises a main pipe, a branch pipe, a sealing ring, a fixing base, a first filter screen, a second filter screen, a motor, a rotating shaft, a gear box, a telescopic rod, a well lid, a water inlet hole, a pull ring, a spring, and pull wires. The first filter screen and the second filter screen are arranged inside the main pipe and are connected with the fixing base through the pull wires; the fixing base is arranged at the inner side of the bottom end of the branch pipe; the municipal engineering water drainage pipeline opening device is provided with the sealing ring, so that the problems of water seepage and water leakage at a water pipe butt joint can be prevented; due to the arrangement of the two layers of filter screens, impurities in water can be reserved on the filter screens to the maximum extent, and workers can clean the filter screens conveniently while the pipeline is preventedfrom being blocked; the well lid can be jacked up by the telescopic rod when a crossing needs to be overhauled, so that overhauling personnel only need to pull the well lid open through the pull ring,and the physical strength is saved; and the spring arranged on the telescopic rod plays a role in shock absorption, so that the service life of an opening is prolonged.
