The method comprises the steps that 1, two arc-shaped frame plates are lowered into a sewer, and a fixed frame is fixedly erected on the ground; 2, one of first motors are started to drive a corresponding welding head to extend out; 3, a second electric push rod is started to drive a hollow shaft and a top plate driving piece to move downwards, and the top plate driving piece drives two arc-shaped top plates to abut against the inner wall of the sewer pipeline towards the outer ends for supporting; 4, the hollow shaft drives the extending welding head to move downwards, a second motor is started to drive the extending welding head to rotate to the position of a crack in a sewer pipe, and a repairing adjusting piece drives the welding head to rotate to abut against the position of the crack in the inner wall of the sewer pipe; and 5, the welding head is electrified and heated to weldand maintain the crack in the pipeline.
