The invention discloses trapezoidal module bricks and a construction scheme. Each trapezoidal module brick is made of concrete or a concrete compound, and the trapezoidal module bricks are compressedand shaped by a mold; the trapezoidal module bricks are provided with the embedded buckle handles, so that the trapezoidal module bricks can be fit more stably; when a supporting column is constructed, after the trapezoidal module bricks are stacked to the corresponding height, concrete is added till the concrete is solidified, and therefore construction is simpler and more convenient, and the process flow of disassembling a mold blank plate after forming is omitted; and when a wall body is built, the trapezoidal module bricks can be directly built on the wall body, then reinforcing steel barsand concrete are added from the pouring holes, so that the wall body is built more stably and simply, and the construction period is short.
