The invention relates to a stair cement anti-skid boss machining device. The device is characterized in that a charging barrel, a pressing plate, a worm, a worm wheel, a spiral material conveying rod,a stair, and an anti-skid boss serve as a main body; a pushing handle, a supporting frame and a vertical supporting arm which are fixedly connected with the pressing plate are arranged on the pressing plate; a material distributing cylinder and a material pressing cylinder fixed to the upper end of the material distributing cylinder are arranged in the middle of the pressing plate; two parallel strip-shaped grooves are formed in the pressing plate; a fixed disc and the worm wheel which can rotate are arranged between the charging barrel and the material pressing cylinder; the worm and a ratchet wheel are respectively arranged in the middle and at one end of a rotating shaft; a coil spring and a wire spool capable of rotating are arranged on the rotating shaft; and a pawl is arranged at the inner side of the wire spool and abuts against the ratchet wheel. According to the stair cement anti-skid boss machining device, the pawl on the wire spool is matched with the ratchet wheel on the rotating shaft, so that the stay wire recovery speed is high, and the operation is simple; and a base drives the spiral material conveying rod to press cement downwards while sliding, the design is ingenious, operation is easy, and use is convenient and fast.
