The invention discloses a horizontal refrigerator door hinge. The horizontal refrigerator door hinge comprises a hinge head and a hinge base. A hinge shaft and a movable shaft are hinged to the hingehead; a supporting seat is arranged at the lower part of the hinge base; a supporting plate is movably inserted into the middle part of the supporting seat; the supporting plate is sleeved with a compression spring; a damper is arranged outside an arc-shaped channel on at least one side of the hinge seat; the damper comprises a damper body, an arc-shaped guide rail, a damping cavity, a damping cylinder cover, a damping rod, a piston, a first cavity, a second cavity, a damping spring, a pressing disc, and a damping end block; the first cavity and the second cavity are filled with non-Newtonianfluid; and a cavity between the pressing disc and the damping end block is filled with hydraulic oil. By means of the structural arrangement of the horizontal refrigerator door hinge, when a door bodyis closed, multiple damping is formed through the arrangement of the compression spring, the damping spring in the damper and non-Newtonian fluid in the first cavity, so that the door body can be prevented from falling rapidly, damage to a cabinet body can be reduced, and meanwhile noise is lowered.
