The modularized arc-shaped electromechanical integrated pipeline comprises a plurality of arc-shaped electromechanical integrated pipeline units which are connected and have the same radian as a construction position, wherein each arc-shaped electromechanical integrated pipeline unit comprises two stand columns which are arranged in parallel; a connecting seat is arranged at the top end of each stand column; a plurality of transverse beams are arranged between the two stand columns; each transverse beam isprovided with an arc-shaped bridge frame section, an arc-shaped pipe section or an arc-shaped air pipe section; the radians of the arc-shaped bridge frame sections, the arc-shaped pipe sections and the arc-shaped air pipe sections are the same; and the arc-shaped bridge frame sections, the arc-shaped pipe sections and the arc-shaped air pipe sections on the two adjacent arc-shaped electromechanical integrated pipeline units are connected respectively. According to the modularized arc-shaped electromechanical integrated pipeline and a construction method provided by the invention, the electromechanical pipeline can be reasonably and beautifully arranged in a spherical building with a relatively large radian, the radian is accurate and has no deviation, the space requirements and the decoration effect of the building are met, the construction time is shortened and the construction quality is guaranteed.
