The invention discloses a flower planter capable of collecting rainwater. The flower planter comprises a rotating base, wherein a water collecting cylinder is arranged on the rotating base, is of a structure with a bottom and without a cover and comprises an inner cylinder body and an outer cylinder body, the inner cylinder body is arranged in the outer cylinder body, a gap is formed between the inner cylinder body and the outer cylinder body to form a water collecting tank used for collecting rainwater, and a planting cylinder for planting flowers is arranged in the inner cylinder body and ishigher than the top end of the inner cylinder body. According to the flower planter capable of collecting the rainwater, the rainwater can be collected and then used for watering, and the effects ofenergy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved; the water collecting cylinder and the plants are arranged on the rotating base, the plants can be rotated along with the illumination angle,and the plants can fully absorb sunlight; and the flower planter can be used for realizing automatic intelligent control.
