The invention discloses a cement grinding mill technology doped with mineral powder and silica fume powder. The silica fume powder comprises the following chemical components: water: 0.80%; loss:2.83%; SiO2:83.05%; Al2O3:2.22%; Fe2O3:2.98%; CaO:1.96%; MgO:4.00%; SO3:0.62%. The technology is characterized by adding 2% of stone powder and 3% of silica fume powder, wherein the standard consistency is27.0%, the initial setting time is 114 minutes; the final setting time is 164 minutes; the initial fluidity is 163 mm; the fluidity along with time is 125 mm; fineness/specific surface area (45UM/):2.5/418; the flexural strength (MPa): 1 day: 4.4, 3 days: 6.4, and 28 days: 9.3; the pressure resistance (MPa): 1 day: 16.2, 3 days: 31.7; and 28 days: 68.7; and compared with the compressive strength(MPa) of a reference sample, the compressive strength is improved by 2.6 in 3 days, and 4.8 in 28 days. The method has the advantages that after 3%-5% of silica fume powder is externally doped, the 28-day compressive strength of cement is improved, the silica fume powder can be used as a mixed material, the cost can be reduced, and energy is saved.
