By mixing the concrete with a silicon monomer, and polymerizing through the silicon monomer, the bonding strength of the waterproof compacting agent and concrete, and on the otherhand is increased, the water resistance is improved, so that the problems of poor waterproof effect of the current common concrete waterproof compacting agent and easiness in causing increase of theshrinkage rate and cracking of the concrete after use are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土防水密实剂的制备方法,属于混凝土添加剂领域。本发明以火山灰、蓝晶石及蛭石通过高温煅烧,扩大了其孔隙,并且降低了蛭石对于水的吸附能力,但是增强了颗粒的力学性能,随后通过混合单体对于颗粒进行表面的包裹修饰,可以增加颗粒的一定吸水性,并且在吸水后对孔隙进行支撑,填充了孔隙,避免了水的侵入,随后再与混合硅单体进行混合,通过硅单体进行聚合增加了防水密实剂与混凝土的结合力度,另一方面提高了耐水性能,有效解决了目前常用混凝土防水密实剂的防水效果不佳,使用后易引发混凝土收缩率增大,出现开裂的问题。
