The invention relates to underwater anti-dispersion alkali-activated geopolymer concrete, which belongs to the technical field of building materials, and comprises the following components: 60-70 parts of slag powder, 40-70 parts of fly ash, 350-600 parts of coral reef sand, 50-60 parts of silica fume, 2-3 parts of steel fibers, 2-5 parts of Arabic gum, and 100-140 parts of a water glass solution.The preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring slag powder, fly ash, steel fiber, coral sand and silica fume into a potash water glass solution, stirring, adding Arabic gum, and stirring to obtain the product. The alkali-activated geopolymer has good mechanical properties and durability at normal temperature and high temperature, and is rapid in solidification, good in tensile property and not easy to crack. Under the premise of not influencing the mechanical property, the underwater construction quality is reliable, and the method can be widely applied to underwater environment construction.
一种水下抗分散碱激发地聚合物混凝土,属于建筑材料的技术领域,所述水下抗分散碱激发地聚合物混凝土由以下组分组成:矿渣粉60‑70份,粉煤灰40‑70份,珊瑚礁砂350‑600份,硅灰50‑60份,钢纤维2‑3份,阿拉伯树胶2‑5份,水玻璃溶液100‑140份。首先将矿渣粉、粉煤灰、钢纤维、珊瑚砂和硅灰倒入钾水玻璃溶液,搅拌后加入阿拉伯树胶,再搅拌后得到产品。该碱激发地聚合物在常温下和高温下均具有良好的力学性能以及耐久性,快速凝固性,抗拉性能好、不容易开裂。在不影响其力学性能的前提下,在水下施工的质量可靠,可广泛用于水下环境施工。
