The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an external wall thermal insulation material. The fly ash, the volcanic ash and the aluminum slag are used as mixed raw materials, under the action of the mixed liquid, gel substances can be formed and deposited on the surfaces of particles, calcium silicate and other particles are formed to enhance the mechanical property; parts of metal elements in the mixed raw materials are leached out through hydrochloric acid, and formed aluminum chloride is polymerized to obtain polyaluminum chloride; the polyaluminum chloride is coordinated with polyacrylamide, so that metal ions can be effectively flocculated, and solid particles can be wrapped; the material can be wellcombined with concrete and a wall body by virtue of the interaction of gel and the solid particles and the action of flocculated substances; and polymerization is carried out in dopamine, and network-structure polydopamine can be well formed under the action of metal ions, so that particles are wrapped, the cohesiveness and the heat preservation performance are improved.
本发明属于保温材料技术领域,具体涉及一种外墙保温材料的制备方法。本本发明以粉煤灰、火山灰及铝渣作为混合原料,通过利用混合液的作用,一是可以形成凝胶物质沉积在颗粒表面,二是形成硅酸钙等颗粒增强力学性能,再利用盐酸对混合原料中的部分金属元素进行浸出,其中形成的氯化铝进行聚合,形成聚合氯化铝,并且与聚丙烯酰胺进行配合,可以有效的将其中的金属离子进行絮凝,对固体颗粒进行包裹,通过凝胶及固体颗粒的相互的作用,同时利用絮凝物质的作用可以很好的与混凝土及墙体进行结合,其次,通过在多巴胺中进行聚合,利用金属离子的作用,可以很好的形成网络结构的聚多巴胺,对颗粒进行包裹,提高粘结性及保温性能。
