High-silicon iron tailing multi-element solid waste activated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of solid waste recycling, and particularly relates to high-silicon iron tailing multi-element solid waste activated concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the concrete comprises the following raw materials: 360-380kg/m<3> of cement, 30-40kg/m<3>of fly ash, 30-40kg/m<3> of modified high-silicon ultrafine iron tailings, 930-950kg/m<3> of tailing waste stone, 870-930kg/m<3> of tailing fine sand, 160-170kg/m<3> of water, and 4-8kg/m<3> of an additive. The preparation method of the modified high-silicon ultrafine iron tailings comprises the following steps: screening high-silicon ultrafine iron tailings by a 200-mesh screen, mechanically activating by using an XQM-8 vertical planetary ball mill at the interval of forward and reverse rotation of 10-15 minutes and the rotating speed of 380-395r/min, operating for two hours, opening a tank, and cooling to room temperature. The concrete has the advantages of high total solid waste mixing amount, low cement consumption, ideal concrete impermeability and high later compressive strength.
