The invention relates to a super-white corrosion-resistant ceramic sauce dish. The preparation method of the super-white corrosion-resistant ceramic sauce dish comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a green body: taking green body raw materials in parts by weight, mixing the green body raw materials, feeding the mixture into a ball mill according to the ratio of 1: 2: (0.4-0.7) of the material to ball to water and grinding for 6-8 hours, removing iron from slurry obtained by grinding, ageing for 48-72 hours, and sieving with a 300-mesh sieve to obtain green body slurry; (2) preparing a glaze material: uniformly mixing the materials, feeding the mixture into the ball mill according to the ratio of 1: 2: (0.65-0.85)of the material to ball to water, grinding in the ball mill until the fineness is 0.05% of the screen residue of a 300-mesh sieve, and removing iron; (3) carrying out slip casting on the blank mud to form a sauce dish blank, drying and biscuiting at 800-1000 DEG C for 2-4 hours, carrying out heat preservation for 30 minutes, and naturally cooling to room temperature; and (4) glazing the green body, drying, firing in kiln reducing flame at 950-1050 DEG C for 4-6 hours, keeping the temperature for 2-3 hours, and naturally cooling to obtain the super-white corrosion-resistant ceramic sauce dish. The prepared super-white corrosion-resistant ceramic sauce dish is highin whiteness, high in corrosion resistance, high in grade and attractive.
本发明涉及一种超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟,制作方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备坯体:按重量份数取坯体原材料,混合后以料:球:水=1:2:0.4~0.7入球磨研磨6~8h,将研磨所得泥浆除铁,陈腐48~72小时后,过300目筛成坯泥;(2)制备釉料:混合均匀,以料:球:水=1:2:0.65~0.85入球磨研磨至细度为300目筛筛余0.05%后除铁;(3)将坯泥注浆成型为酱料碟坯体,干燥后800~1000℃素烧2~4h,保温30min后,自然冷却至室温;(4)在坯体上施釉,干燥后入窑还原焰950~1050℃烧制4~6h,保温2~3h,自然冷却,得到超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟。所制得超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟白度高、耐腐蚀性强,高档美观。
