The invention provides ceramic slurry as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramic slurry comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 0.1-4 parts of a sintering aid, 15-20 parts of water, 1-5 parts of acrylamide, 0.05-1 part of N-N methylene bisacrylamide and 0.5-3 parts of a dispersing agent, wherein the pH value of the ceramic slurry is 9-10. The ceramic slurry is prepared by a one-time feeding technology, the preparation process is simple and easy to control, the slurry has good fluidity and stability, when the ceramic slurry is used for preparing ceramics, the surface of a ceramic green body has no obvious defects, the internal structure is compact, and meanwhile, the strength and toughness of the green body can be enhanced; and the yield and the density of the finally sintered ceramic are greatly improved.
本发明提供一种陶瓷浆料及其制备方法和用途,所述陶瓷浆料包括以下重量份的原料组分:氧化铝粉50~70重量份、烧结助剂0.1~4重量份、水15~20重量份、丙烯酰胺1~5重量份、N‑N亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.05~1重量份和分散剂0.5~3重量份;所述陶瓷浆料的pH值为9~10。本发明中公开的陶瓷料浆能够采用一次加料技术,制备工艺简单、工艺易于控制,且浆料具有较好的流动性及稳定性,用于制备陶瓷时,陶瓷生坯表面无明显缺陷,内部结构致密,同时可增强生坯强度及韧性,最终烧成的陶瓷的良品率及密度得到极大提高。
