Novel graphite radiator and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel graphite radiator and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: heating asphalt to obtain asphalt liquid; adding nano-graphite powder into the asphalt liquid, and stirring, so that the nano-graphite powder is uniformly dispersed in the asphalt liquid to obtain mixed liquid; adding kaolin into the mixed liquid, stirring, and graduallycooling to obtain a pasty mixture; adding the paste mixture into a radiator mold, and heating the radiator mold to obtain a radiator blank; and under the protection of inert atmosphere, calcining theradiator blank to graphitize the asphalt in the radiator blank, thereby obtaining the novel graphite radiator. The novel graphite radiator prepared by the invention has super-strong corrosion resistance, is lower in price than a non-ferrous metal radiator, has better insulating property, and is suitable for high-voltage and high-current environments.
