Preparation method for preparing ceramic pigment from chromium-containing industrial wastewater and ceramic pigment
The invention discloses a method for preparing a ceramic pigment from chromium-containing industrial wastewater and a ceramic pigment. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, providing an enriched hexavalent chromium solution and chromium iron powder in a mass ratio of 1: (1-5) based on oxides of chromium and iron; S2, adding the chromium iron powder into the hexavalent chromium solution,mixing and stirring the powder and the solution for a certain time, and drying the mixture until complete dehydration to obtain a blocky pigment precursor; S3, directly putting the blocky pigment precursor into a high-temperature furnace, and gradually heating to 600-800 DEG C at normal temperature to obtain a pre-sintered pigment precursor; and S4, doping or not doping other metal oxides into the pre-sintered pigment precursor, performing grinding and crushing, adding the obtained crushed substance into the high-temperature furnace, and gradually heating to 1,200-1,400 DEG C at normal temperature to obtain the ceramic pigment. According to the method for preparing the ceramic pigment from the chromium-containing industrial wastewater, the enriched strong-toxicity hexavalent chromium solution with low purity of the chromium-containing industrial wastewater can be fully utilized.
本发明公开了一种含铬工业废水制备陶瓷色料的制备方法及陶瓷色料,方法包括以下步骤:步骤S1,提供富集后的六价铬溶液和铬铁粉,按铬与铁的氧化物计,六价铬溶液与铬铁粉质量比为1:(1‑5);步骤S2,将所述铬铁粉加入到六价铬溶液中,混合搅拌一定时间后,干燥至完全脱水,得到块状的色料前驱体;步骤S3,将块状的色料前驱体直接放入高温炉内,在常温下逐步升温600‑800℃,得到预烧后的色料前驱体;步骤S4,将预烧后的色料前驱体中掺入或不掺入其他金属氧化物,然后进行研磨粉碎,加入高温炉内,在常温下逐步升温至1200‑1400℃,得到陶瓷色料。根据本发明实施例的含铬工业废水制备陶瓷色料的方法,既能充分利用含铬工业废水富集后的纯度不高的强毒性六价铬溶液。
