The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to a broken concrete slab repairing and grouting device and a grouting method thereof. The broken concrete slab repairing and grouting device comprises a moving trolley, a drilling device, a stirring device, a storage device, a grouting device and a polishing device, the moving trolley is arranged on the horizontal plane, anda groove is formed in the moving trolley; wherein the drilling device is installed on the moving vehicle, the drilling end of the drilling device is vertically arranged downwards, the stirring deviceis installed on the moving vehicle, the storage device is installed on the moving vehicle and communicated with the stirring device, the grouting device is installed on the moving vehicle, and the grinding device comprises a lifting component and a rotating component. The lifting component is clamped in a groove in the moving vehicle, and the rotating component is arranged on the lifting component. According to the device, through cooperative operation of all the devices, grouting repair is conducted on the broken concrete slab by conducting drilling, grouting and polishing on cracks of the concrete slab, the concrete slab does not need to be dismounted, construction is conducted again, and therefore cost is saved.
