Uniaxial variable spreader for road marking reflective material
The invention belongs to the technical field of road marking, and discloses a uniaxial variable spreader for a road marking reflective material. The spreader comprises a storage chamber, a support plate is mounted at the top of the storage chamber, a conveying pipe penetrates through the top of the support plate, and fixing plates are mounted on one sides, close to the storage chamber, of the twoends of the bottom of the support plate; and a spreading shaft is movably connected to the side, close to the storage chamber, between the two fixing plates through a rotating shaft, a discharging port is formed in the side, close to the spreading shaft, of the bottom end of the side wall of the storage chamber, and a second baffle is fixed to the position, located between the two first baffles, of the other side in the storage chamber. Through cooperation of the first baffles and the second baffle, the reflective material can be transited, and through cooperation of a sliding plate and a spring, the reflective material can be diffused all around, so that buffer transition of the reflective material is realized, excessive concentration of spreading is avoided, and the spreading effect is improved.
