Heaving plate device for restraining flutter of bridge
The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge wind-induced vibration control, and provides a heaving plate device for restraining flutter of a bridge. A heaving plate immersed and suspended in water is suspended on a main beam of the bridge through a long rope. When the bridge vibrates drastically due to wind, the heaving plate in water can be driven to move up and down, the heaving plateand the bridge are prevented from vibrating due to strong additional mass and additional damping generated by the water, and finally flutter of the bridge is avoided or the flutter critical wind speed is increased drastically. A plurality of holes are formed in the heaving plate, and an opening and closing plate is arranged to further improve the bridge flutter control effect. The device has theadvantages of being simple, convenient to operate, good in control effect, light in weight, low in cost and high in practicability. Te heaving plate is arranged at the bottom of the main beam in a non-working state, so that the attractiveness of the bridge is not influenced, and navigation under the bridge is not influenced. When the heaving plate is in a working state, the heaving plate meets strong wind of sixteen or more levels in dozens of years, and navigation under the bridge is avoided.
