Segmental precast beam structure, and construction method for assembling combined bridge thereof
The invention discloses a segmental precast beam structure, and a construction method of an assembled and combined bridge thereof. The segmental precast beam structure is an I-shaped beam and comprises a vertical web plate, an upper flange arranged on the upper side of the web plate and horseshoes arranged on the lower side of the web plate; each section of precast beam structure comprises a middle block piece, two end block pieces and at least two secondary middle block pieces which are symmetrically distributed between the middle block piece and the end block pieces; and all the blocks are longitudinally spliced and connected through combined shear keys and prestressed steel beams. The construction method of the assembled combined bridge comprises the steps that the segmental prefabricated beam structures are assembled and then hoisted and combined, the main beams and the side beams of the combined bridge are assembled on the bridge erecting machine, then prefabricated transverse partition plates and a prefabricated bridge deck bottom plate are assembled to form the combined bridge. The bridge structure is economical in manufacturing cost, high in construction speed and easy to control in quality, a large number of temporary construction sites, formworks and manpower can be saved, and very good economic benefits, social benefits and popularization value are achieved.
本发明公开了一种节段预制梁结构及其拼装组合桥梁的施工方法,所述节段预制梁结构,为I形梁,其包括直立的腹板、设置在腹板上侧的上翼缘以及设置在腹板下侧的马蹄;每段节段预制梁结构均包括一中块件、两端块件和至少为两块且对称分布在中块件与端块件之间的次中块件;各块件之间均通过组合式剪力键及预应力钢束纵向拼装连接。所述拼装组合桥梁的施工方法包括将节段预制梁结构拼装之后再吊装组合和在架桥机上分别拼装组合桥梁的主梁和侧梁,然后拼装预制横隔板和预制桥面底板,形成组合桥梁。本发明桥梁结构造价经济,施工速度快,质量容易控制,可节省大量的施工临时场地、模板和人工,具有非常好的经济效益、社会效益和推广价值。
