The invention discloses a construction method for continuous flow connection of a double-hole water diversion box culvert, which comprises the following steps of: designing an outer package communicating well with a corresponding size at the joint of a new box culvert and an old box culvert, dividing the interior of the well into a plurality of compartments, and arranging temporary opening and closing steel gates among the compartments; the water flow direction and water body distribution in all the compartments are controlled by adjusting opening and closing of the steel gates, and thereforewater-free operation conditions during construction are achieved. When an old double-hole water diversion box culvert faces an upgrading or local diversion problem, if the water diversion importance does not allow temporary water cut-off construction, the technology can be adopted to complete connection construction of a new box culvert and an old box culvert and diversion of a local box culvert on the premise that the overflowing capacity is not affected.
