A prefabricated and cast-in-place combined cable comprehensive pipe gallery comprises a prefabricated section, a cast-in-place section, a combined pipe pillow, a sleeve and a filling medium. The prefabricated section comprises a prefabricated groove and a prefabricated cover plate, and a longitudinally-arranged sleeve is laid in the prefabricated groove. Every two adjacent prefabricated sections are connected through a cast-in-place section, each cast-in-place section comprises a cast-in-place groove, each cast-in-place groove is formed by connecting longitudinal steel bars extending out of every two adjacent prefabricated grooves in an overlapping mode and pouring concrete on a construction site, and the cast-in-place grooves are filled with the filling media and located between every twoadjacent combined pipe pillows. The method has the advantages of prefabrication and cast-in-place, the prefabricated section and the cast-in-place section are connected, the longitudinal integrity ofthe structure is improved, and the problem that the prefabricated structure is weak in stress at the joint is solved. The waterproofness of the structure is guaranteed, and the durability of the cable comprehensive pipe gallery is improved. The cast-in-place section is filled with light self-compacting concrete to play a role in supporting the sleeve, and longitudinal dragging force of cable laying can be resisted.
