The invention relates to an underground structure bottom plate advanced water stop post-cast strip structure which at least comprises a water stop steel plate, a middle-buried rubber water stop belt and an externally-attached rubber water stop belt, the water stop steel plate is arranged on the center line of a bottom plate and horizontally welded to the bottom plate, and the middle-buried rubberwater stop belt is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate on the lower portion of a post-cast strip. The externally-attached rubber water stop belt is arranged at an upper opening of the bottom plate and in the middle of the post-cast strip to form two advanced waterproof treatment structures. Two sides of the post-cast strip are provided with double-layer special quick-easy closing steel plate net partitions and are welded and fixed with the water stop steel plate. A self-adhesive modified asphalt coiled material is arranged on the cushion layer of the post-cast strip. Compared with a traditional basement bottom plate waterproof structure, an extra advanced water stop structure for a post-cast strip bottom plate is avoided, construction is convenient, labor intensity is low, working efficiency is high, the anti-blocking effect is remarkable, the anti-permeability and waterproof capacity is high, precipitation can be stopped in advance, and then construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种地下结构底板超前止水后浇带结构,至少包括止水钢板、中埋式橡胶止水带、外贴式橡胶止水带,所述止水钢板设置在底板中心线,并与底板水平焊接,所述中埋式橡胶止水带设置在后浇带下部底板中间,外贴式设置在底板上口,后浇带中间位置,形成两道超前防水处理结构。所述后浇带两侧设置双层专用快易收口钢板网隔断,并与止水钢板焊接固定。所述后浇带的垫层上设置有自粘型改性沥青卷材。与传统地下室底板防水相比,本发明避免了为后浇带底板额外增加的超前止水构造,施工方便、劳动强度低、工作效率高,防堵效果显著、抗渗防水能力强,且能够提前停止降水,进而降低施工成本。
