The invention relates to a deep foundation pit construction safety risk monitoring method, device and equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps of collecting the actual strain value of apile body of a target deep foundation pit; obtaining an optimal soil layer parameter value of the target deep foundation pit according to the actual strain value of the pile body and a preset equivalent underground diaphragm wall model; and taking the equivalent underground diaphragm wall model after the optimal soil layer parameter value is obtained as an equivalent underground diaphragm wall correction model, simulating foundation pit excavation construction, obtaining a foundation pit monitoring parameter change value, comparing the foundation pit monitoring parameter change value with a preset alarm threshold, and visualizing a comparison result in a preset target deep foundation pit BIM model, therefore, monitoring the construction safety risk of the deep foundation pit. According tothe method, the deep foundation pit structure change condition in the deep foundation pit construction process can be effectively monitored, and the deep foundation pit risk management capacity is improved.
