The invention provides a mine area post-mining environment protection treatment method. The method uses a mine area post-mining environment protection treatment device which comprises a stacking box,a rolling flattening mechanism and an impact compaction mechanism. According to the mine area post-mining environment protection treatment method, the following problems in the environment protectiontreatment process after mining of a mine area that a, a foundation pit formed by mineral exploitation causes damage to the environment to a certain extent, environmental treatment needs to be performed, that is, foundation pit backfilling is carried out, in a traditional mode, a foundation pit is simply filled with only filler, compaction and flattening are not carried out, the filler in the foundation pit can be lost after a long time, and the foundation pit appears again; and b, according to an existing filling device, when filler is poured into a foundation pit, the filler cannot be uniformly and flatly poured in the pit and needs to be manually flattened through equipment, and then compacting and pressing are carried out.
