The invention provides an accident pool with sewage disposal, diversion and rainwater utilization functions. The system comprises an accident water distribution well, a precipitation tank, a rainwaterrecycling area and an accident wastewater area, the input end of the accident water distribution well is connected with an accident wastewater pipeline, a first outlet of the accident water distribution well is connected with the accident wastewater area through a first electric valve, and a second outlet of the accident water distribution well is connected with the precipitation tank through a second electric valve. The precipitation tank is connected with the rainwater recycling area, a water quality detector is arranged in the accident water distribution well and connected with a control system, based on the detection result of the water quality detector, whether water entering the accident water distribution well is accident sewage or rainwater is judged, and then the control system controls the opening and closing states of all the electric valves. The system solves the problem of sewage disposal and confluence of the accident pool, and realizes a clean rainwater recycling function. Automatic control can be achieved for sewage disposal and diversion, the risk of manual control is reduced, and the water treatment load of a sewage treatment station is reduced.
