The invention provides a super high-rise transfer layer steel structure construction method. The construction method is used for arranging a transfer layer steel structure on a plurality of huge columns, and the huge columns are arranged around a core tube; and the method comprises the steps that a BIM model of the transfer layer steel structure is established, the transfer layer steel structure comprises an upper-layer steel structure and a lower-layer steel structure, and component subsections of the upper-layer steel structure and the lower-layer steel structure are determined; a pluralityof temporary supports are arranged in the circumferential direction of the core tube and located on a top plate of a basement; components of the lower-layer steel structure are hoisted and connected into a whole, the lower-layer steel structure is placed on the temporary supports, and the temporary support structure is connected with the core tube; and components of the upper-layer steel structureis hoisted and connected into a whole, and the upper-layer steel structure and the huge columns are connected, the lower-layer steel structure and the core tube are connected. The upper-layer steel structure and the lower-layer steel structure are hoisted in a segmented mode and then connected into a whole, the model selection problem of hoisting mechanical equipment in a conversion layer structure is solved, and the situation that construction mechanical performance is excessive, and unnecessary cost is wasted is avoided.
本发明提供了一种超高层转换层钢结构建造方法,用于在多根巨柱上设置转换层钢结构,多根巨柱环绕一核心筒设置,包括:建立转换层钢结构的BIM模型,转换层钢结构包括上层钢结构及下层钢结构,确定上层钢结构及下层钢结构的构件分段;沿核心筒的周向设置多个临时支撑,临时支撑位于地下室的顶板上;吊装下层钢结构的构件并连接成一个整体,下层钢结构搁置在临时支撑上,连接临时支撑结构与核心筒;吊装上层钢结构的构件并连接为一个整体,分别连接上层钢结构与巨柱、下层钢结构及核心筒。通过将上层钢结构及下层钢结构分段吊装,然后再连接为一个整体,解决了转换层结构中吊装机械设备的选型问题,避免造成施工机械性能过剩,浪费不必要的成本。
