The invention belongs to the technical field of ventilating skylights, and particularly relates to an energy-saving ventilating skylight structure. The energy-saving ventilating skylight structure comprises a skylight body with an opening, a moving window capable of moving relative to the skylight body, a sliding assembly for driving the moving window to be opened and closed, a plurality of sets of photovoltaic panels installed in the opening of the skylight body and a driving transmission assembly for driving the photovoltaic panels to rotate, wherein the driving transmission assembly comprises a rotating motor, a transmission box, a driving shaft, a plurality of driven shafts and a plurality of sets of transmission belts; the transmission box is fixedly arranged on one side of the skylight body; and one end of the driving shaft and one end of each of the plurality of driven shafts are rotationally connected into the transmission box, and the other end of the driving shaft and the other ends of the multiple driven shafts sequentially penetrate through the transmission box and the side wall of the skylight body and are rotationally connected to the inner wall of the side, away fromthe transmission box, of the skylight body. The defects in the prior art are overcome, automatic opening and closing of a skylight are achieved, solar energy is converted into electric energy throughthe photovoltaic panels to be stored, the electric energy is used for providing energy for opening and closing of the skylight, electric energy consumption is reduced, and the using cost is reduced.
