Clamping and fixing method for cantilevered I-shaped steel
The invention discloses a clamping and fixing method for cantilevered I-shaped steel, which solves the problem of waste of steel because an existing clamping and fixing mechanism for the cantileveredI-shaped steel cannot be repeatedly used. A PVC U-shaped sleeve (5) through which a U-shaped clamping ring movably penetrates is pre-buried in poured floor plate concrete, a bamboo plywood is fixed tobinding steel bars of a floor plate, and the U-shaped sleeve (5) is fixed to the bamboo plywood through steel nails; when a cantilevered frame is installed, the cantilevered I-shaped steel is placedon the floor plate above the pre-buried U-shaped sleeve, the U-shaped clamping ring penetrates upwards from the lower part of the floor plate and is clamped to the cantilevered I-shaped steel, and anupper end opening of the U-shaped clamping ring is sealed and fixed through steel plate end sealing pieces and nuts; and when the cantilevered I-shaped steel needs to be removed, only the nuts for sealing and fixing the upper end opening of the U-shaped clamping ring are removed, and the U-shaped clamping ring is taken out so as to be repeatedly used. The turnover utilization of the U-shaped clamping ring is realized.
本发明公开了一种悬挑工字钢的卡接固定方法,解决了现有的悬挑工字钢的卡接固定机构不能重复使用造成钢材浪费的问题。在浇筑的楼层板混凝土中预埋供U形卡环活动穿过的PVC材质的U形套管(5),在楼层板的绑扎钢筋上固定竹胶板,通过钢钉将U形套管(5)固定在竹胶板上,当安装悬挑架时,将悬挑工字钢放置在预埋的U形套管(5)上方的楼层板上,将U形卡环从楼层板下方向上穿出,卡接在悬挑工字钢上,通过钢板封头件和螺母,将U形卡环的上端口封闭固定;当需要拆卸悬挑工字钢时,只需将U形卡环的上端口封闭固定螺母卸下,将U形卡环取出后重复利用。实现了U形卡环的周转性利用。
