Beam-free plate interfloor supporting and formwork removing method
The invention discloses a beam-free plate interfloor supporting and formwork removing method. The method comprises the steps that a cushion layer or a beam-free floor is poured; mounting column steelbars are bound; column formworks are mounted; supporting frames are erected, and dragging ropes are fixed to the supporting frames arranged at the low clearance positions; mounting plate formworks aremounted; mounting plate steel bars are bound; the column formworks and the plate formworks are coated with a parting agent or paved with a parting film, and concrete is poured; the poured concrete ismaintained; and the supporting frames, the column formworks and the plate formworks are removed. The dragging ropes are fixed to the supporting frames inconvenient to remove, pulling force can be applied to the dragging ropes and the supporting frames are dragged and removed through a chain block and the like, and complete removal of the supporting frames is guaranteed; and the parting agent or the parting film is arranged between the column formworks and the concrete and between the plate formworks and the concrete, and after supporting of the supporting frames is lost, the column formworksand the plate formworks naturally fall off from the concrete. Thus, complete removal of the supporting frames and the formworks is guaranteed, operation is easy, construction is convenient, the construction difficulty of beam-free plate supporting and formwork removing is greatly lowered, and the construction efficiency is improved.
