The invention provides a prefabricated part for building an underground garage and the underground garage. The prefabricated part for building the underground garage comprises a supporting part and abaffle plate, wherein the supporting part is connected with a base of an automobile ramp; the baffle plate is arranged in the transverse direction of the automobile ramp; and the supporting part and the baffle plate are integrally formed prefabricated parts. The underground garage is built through the integrally formed prefabricated parts, so that the problems that an existing underground parkinglot is long in construction period and cannot meet the construction requirements of a split mounting type building are solved.
