The invention discloses an easy-to-overhaul tower erected on same tower for power transmission and distribution. The tower comprises a tower body and a plurality of sets of length-adjustable cross armassemblies, the cross arm assemblies are arranged on the tower body from top to bottom at intervals, each set of cross arm assemblies are horizontally and symmetrically arranged relative to the towerbody, and each cross arm assembly comprises a first cross arm and a second cross arm. One end of the first section of cross arm is fixedly connected to the side wall of the tower, the second sectionof cross arm is slidingly sleeved on the first section of cross arm, and the extending length of the cross arm assembly is adjusted through an adjusting device. The end, away from the tower, of the cross arm assembly is provided with an insulation blocking piece. By adjusting the length of the cross arm assembly and arranging the insulation blocking piece at the end away from the tower, on the premise that the passing safety in the upper channel and the lower channel is met, the tedious operation that power failure is needed when the power transmission line is overhauled is reduced.
