Ultrafine grinding system for cement production
The invention discloses an ultrafine grinding system for cement production, and relates to the field of cement production. The ultrafine grinding system comprises a first conveyor; a second conveyor is arranged on one side of the first conveyor; furthermore, a third conveyor is arranged on one side of the second conveyor; one side of the first conveyor and one side of the third conveyor are each provided with a first motor; the output end of the first motor is connected with a rotating shaft; and the outer side of the rotating shaft is connected with an electromagnetic plate. According to theinvention, the crushing powers of a first crusher, a second crusher and a third crusher are different; crushing blades can be prevented from being damaged by matching with raw materials with differenthardness; the crushing effect can be better; the electromagnetic plate can adsorb metal in clay and limestone; then, the metal is conveyed into the second crusher through a fourth conveyor; the second crusher is used for crushing silica with the maximum hardness; therefore, the crushing of the metal stone is relatively appropriate; and the metal crushed by other crushers is prevented from being greatly abraded.
本发明公开了一种水泥生产用超细粉磨系统,涉及水泥生产领域,包括第一运输机,所述第一运输机的一侧设置有第二运输机,且第二运输机的一侧设置有第三运输机,所述第一运输机和第三运输机的一侧皆安装有第一电机,且第一电机的输出端连接有转轴,所述转轴的外侧连接有电磁板。本发明实现了第一破碎机、第二破碎机、第三破碎机的破碎功率不同,配合不同硬度的原料可以避免破碎刀片受损,也可以使得破碎效果更好,而电磁板可以将黏土和石灰石中的金属进行吸附,然后通过第四运输机运输至第二破碎机的内部,第二破碎机用于破碎硬度最大的硅石,所以对于金属石料的破碎比较合适,避免其他破碎机破碎金属发生较大磨损。
