Integral lifting device for large-span plane truss steel roof and operation method of integral lifting device
The invention discloses an integral lifting device for a large-span plane truss steel roof. The integral lifting device comprises a truss steel roof component (1) and a lifting device body (2) used for hoisting the truss steel roof component. The lifting device body comprises a base (201), a lifting support (202), a stable connector (203), a lifting appliance (204), a steel strand (205), a supporting plate (206) and a hydraulic lifter (207). The lifting support is arranged on the base. The supporting plate is arranged at the top end of the lifting support. The hydraulic lifter is arranged on the supporting plate. One end of the steel strand is adaptively connected with the hydraulic lifter, and the other end of the steel strand is adaptively connected with the lifting appliance. The lifting appliance is adaptively connected with the truss steel roof component. According to the integral lifting device, after the truss steel roof component is assembled, the truss steel roof component isintegrally lifted and installed through the lifting device body; and compared with an installation process in the prior art, the installation speed is higher, and the high-altitude operation amount isgreatly reduced.
