The invention discloses a gantry crane prefabricated foundation and a mounting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of constructional engineering. The problems that a gantry crane cast-in-place foundation is long in construction period and multiple in procedure, and the cast-in-place foundation cannot be repeatedly used are solved. According to the technical scheme of the invention,the gantry crane prefabricated foundation comprises a track and a strip-shaped prefabricated foundation body; the prefabricated foundation body is formed by splicing at least two prefabricated sections in series; each prefabricated section is of a reinforced concrete structure; connecting ribs are buried in the prefabricated sections; one ends of the connecting ribs penetrate out of the top facesof the prefabricated sections; and a rail is arranged on the top face of the prefabricated foundation and fixedly connected with the connecting ribs. The mounting method of the gantry crane prefabricated foundation comprises the steps that firstly, the prefabricated sections of the gantry crane prefabricated foundation are prefabricated; after the prefabricated sections reach the design strength,the prefabricated sections are spliced in series to form a prefabricated foundation, and then the rail is fixedly mounted at the top of the prefabricated foundation; and finally, the prefabricated foundation and the rail form a whole to be mounted on site. The gantry crane prefabricated foundation and the mounting method thereof are suitable for quickly constructing the foundation of a gantry crane on the foundation with better geological conditions.
本发明公开了一种龙门吊预制基础及其安装方法，涉及建筑工程技术领域，解决龙门吊现浇基础工期长、工序多，现浇基础不能重复使用的问题。本发明采用的技术方案是：龙门吊预制基础，包括轨道和呈条状的预制基础，预制基础由至少两节预制段串联式拼接而成，预制段为钢筋混凝土结构，预制段内埋设连接筋，连接筋的一端从预制段的顶面穿出，轨道设置于预制基础的顶面并与连接筋固定连接。龙门吊预制基础安装方法，先预制龙门吊预制基础的预制段；预制段达到设计强度后，将预制段串联式拼接形成预制基础，再在预制基础的顶部固定安装轨道；最后将预制基础和轨道形成整体进行现场安装。本发明适用于在地质条件较好的地基上快速施工龙门吊的基础。
