The invention discloses a method for producing cement by using low-grade limestone, which comprises the following steps: S1: 100-200 parts of limestone, 10-30 parts of sandstone, 15-45 parts of calcium sulphoaluminate, 20-100 parts of gypsum, 13-35 parts of clay and 15-55 parts of active admixture; S2: putting a certain amount of limestone into a crusher for crushing treatment, and collecting thecrushed limestone after the crushing is finished, then crushing a certain amount of sandstone, mixing the crushed limestone and sandstone, then carrying out refining, mixing and crushing treatment tofinally prepare a first mixed material. According to the method for producing the cement by utilizing the low-grade limestone, added calcium sulphoaluminate can prevent steel bars pre-buried in the cement from being corroded, meanwhile, the excellent resistance of the cement can be enhanced, and the binding power of the cement can be greatly improved by adding gypsum; meanwhile, the strength of the cement can be improved, the contractibility of the cement is reduced, and the frost resistance and the impermeability are improved.
本发明公开了一种利用低品位石灰石生产水泥的方法,包括以下步骤:S1:石灰石:100~200份、砂岩:10~30份、硫铝酸钙:15~45份、石膏:20~100份、黏土质:13~35、活性混合材:15~55份,S2:取一定量的石灰石放进破碎机内进行破碎处理,破碎结束后,再将破碎后的石灰石进行收集,然后再取一定量的砂岩进行破碎处理,将破碎后的石灰石与砂岩混合在一起,再进行细化混合破碎处理,最后可以得到混合物料一。该利用低品位石灰石生产水泥的方法,通过加入的硫铝酸钙可以防止预埋在水泥内的钢筋腐蚀,同时也可以增强水泥优良的抗性,通过加入的石膏可以大大提高水泥的粘结力,同时也可以提高水泥的强度、降低水泥的收缩性、改善抗冻能力和抗渗性。
