The invention discloses an environment-friendly brick prepared from marble waste. The environment-friendly brick is prepared by the following specific steps: S1, selecting raw materials; S2, carryingout dry and wet separation; S3, crushing and mixing; S4, molding on a machine; and S5, drying and packaging. According to the invention, the raw materials are low in source and price and environmentally friendly, so that the cost of the environmentally-friendly brick is effectively reduced, and the manufacturing cost is low and can be reduced by more than half compared with common bricks on the market; the manufacturing time is short, wherein bricks on the market are manufactured through a firing method at present, and the brick of the invention is directly manufactured through machine pressing, so that the production efficiency can be improved, and real environmental protection is achieved; and along with the increase of time, the service life of the brick is prolonged, the hardness is changed, and the brick is convenient to use.
本发明公开了一种用大理石废料制作的环保砖，具体步骤如下：S1S、原材料选取；S2、干湿分离；S3、粉碎混合；S4、上机成型；S5、干燥包装。该发明原料来源价格低廉，环保，有效的减少了环保砖的成本，制作成本低，比市面上的普通砖的成本能减低一半以上，制作时间快，现在市面上的砖都是用烧制的方法制作，本发明直接用机器压制而成，可以提高生产效率，做到了真正环保，随着时间的增长，砖的寿命会延长，硬度产生变化，寿命延长，便于使用。
