The invention relates to a preparation method of biocorrosion-resistant concrete with a surface conditioning function, and the method comprises the following steps: preparing silane quaternary ammonium salt and copper ion-modified silica fume, preparing carboxyl silane-modified nano silicon dioxide, and preparing the biocorrosion-resistant concrete by using the silane quaternary ammonium salt andcopper ion-modified silica fume as concrete admixtures. The biocorrosion-resistant concrete prepared by the method is simple in process and low in production cost, the problem that a common concrete material is easily subjected to biocorrosion is solved, and the prepared biocorrosion-resistant concrete has relatively high compressive strength, chloride ion corrosion resistance, impermeability andbiocorrosion resistance.
本发明涉及一种具有表面调节功能的耐生物腐蚀的混凝土制备方法,先制备硅烷季铵盐和铜离子改性的硅灰,再制备羧基硅烷改性的纳米二氧化硅,将二者作为混凝土掺合料制备得到耐生物腐蚀的混凝土。本发明制备的耐生物腐蚀的混凝土工艺简单、生产成本低,解决了普通混凝土材料易受生物腐蚀的问题,制备的耐生物腐蚀混凝土具有较高的抗压强度、抗氯离子侵蚀、抗渗性和耐生物腐蚀性能。
