The technical problem to be solvedby the invention is to provide the concrete crack repairing material with good crack resistance and high impermeability and the preparation method thereof. The concrete crack repairing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of cement, 6-8 parts of mineral powder, 4-5 parts of silica fume, 120-150 parts of medium sand, 2-3 parts of an expanding agent,0.1-0.2 part of polypropylene fiber, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 4-6 parts of a plasticizer and 12-14 parts of water. According to the concrete crack repairing material, under the conditionthat certain strength of the repairing material is met, the tensile strength of the repairing material is fully improved, and the crack resistance is also remarkably improved.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域，具体涉及混凝土裂缝修复材料及其制备方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗裂性能好、具有高抗渗性的混凝土裂缝修复材料及其制备方法。本发明混凝土裂缝修复材料由以下原料制备得到：水泥40～50份、矿粉6～8份、硅灰4～5份、中砂120～150份、膨胀剂2～3份、聚丙烯纤维0.1～0.2份、减水剂1～2份、增塑剂4～6份、水12～14份。本发明混凝土裂缝修复材料在满足修复材料一定强度下，充分提升其抗拉率，抗裂能力也显著提升。
