The invention discloses a production process and production equipment of medium-low temperature colored quartz sand, and relates to the technical field of colored quartz sand production, and the production process comprises the following steps: adding quartz sand, silicon melt adhesive, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide and inorganic toner into a mixing stirrer in proportion to form a preliminary mixture; continuously stirring the preliminary mixture in the mixing stirrer for 10-15 minutes, and uniformly conducting stirring to obtain a uniformly mixed mixture; and feeding the uniformly mixed mixture into an oven for baking at 200 DEG C for 2 hours to obtain a colored quartz sand finished product, and preserving heat in the oven at 200 DEG C for 30 minutes after the mixture is fed into the oven for baking. The production equipment greatly reduces the energy consumption, the whole production process is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the color sand produced by the production process is stable in performance, rich in texture, non-toxic and environment-friendly.
